The Property
Jim’s Cottages is a expansive hillside oasis featuring two bi-level villas, each offering spacious upper and lower residences with private entrances.
Just a 5–10 minute walk to idyllic beaches, shops, restaurants and world class pickleball facilities.
The outdoor living area features a heated pool, outdoor bar and fire pit—an ideal setup for enjoying the sunrise, lounging with a book, sipping sunset cocktails, and star gazing in the evenings.
The Villas
Upper Residences
The cavernous upper residences open into a breathtaking great room with 20 foot ceilings and windows throughout.
These one-bedroom, 1.5-bath units feature Sea of Cortez views from every room. An open layout includes a well-stocked kitchen, walk-in pantry, comfortable living area, and guest bathroom. Double screened doors lead to a large private deck with sweeping 210° views of the sea, mountains, and pool.
Sliding barn doors open to the bedroom with a plush king bed and sunrise views of the Sea of Cortez. The en-suite bathroom includes a clawfoot tub, rainfall shower, and walk-in closet.
Large windows and screened doors allow ocean breezes to flow through the home, keeping it naturally cool.
Guests can relax or dine in the great room, private courtyard, or on the massive deck.
The Villas
Lower Residences
Located at opposite ends of the pool, just steps from the water, the two 1,000 sq ft lower casitas offer bright, comfortable living with easy indoor–outdoor flow.
Each two-bedroom, one-bath casita features 10-foot ceilings and abundant windows that create a bright, open living space. Double screened French doors open to a private patio with a table, umbrella, and outdoor grill—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Inside, a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table makes meals at home a pleasure, while the comfortable living area offers a relaxed place to unwind after a day at the beach or pool.
Both lower residences feature AC, multiple ceiling fans, plush mattresses with crisp linens, abundant pillows, and room-darkening shades for restful sleep.
The North Casita offers a king bed in each bedroom, while the South Casita includes one queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two full beds. Large closets and ample storage make longer stays easy and comfortable.
